Cultivating female talent in the Riverina – special ticket offer*

* Special ticket offer – ‘buy 1 get 1 free’

Just how far would you go to find a strong, supportive business network of like-minded individuals? If you are a woman in a male dominated industry in the Riverina, that distance may have previously been beyond your scope… until now.

On March 21, SunRice will be hosting the inaugural Riverina event for the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO) in Leeton.

Join us for an exciting regional event hosted by Silver NAWO members SunRice, where we will celebrate women’s leadership in the Riverina and explore ways to overcome barriers to increased female participation in non-traditional roles in regional areas.

You will hear from an inspiring panel, make new connections and collaborate with leaders and talent across the Riverina.

NAWO events create opportunities for women to identify new ways forward, drive innovation and build resilience.

NAWO events also encourage primary and secondary industries and their communities to embrace diversity in leadership to successfully navigate future challenges and drive improved performance.

The following industry leaders will participate in a panel conversation focused on identifying practical actions that will help attract, retain and develop women in regional leadership.

Kate O’Callaghan – General Manager, Southern Cotton

Tracey Morris      – Financial Controller, Webster Limited

Jackie Kruger      – General Manager, Leeton Shire Council

Paul Scoullar      – Site Operations Manager, Deniliquin, SunRice

You will also participate in an exceptional leadership workshop facilitated by Suzi Skinner from SelfTalk.

An optional site tour will be offered prior to the event, visiting the SunRice Rice Cakes Plant, Flour Mill and Packing Plant (strictly limited places). PPE requirements for tour attendees are listed below.
