Change, negotiation and partnerships – getting it right!

“It is the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) that those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed.” – attributed to Charles Darwin

Do not miss this event!

Evolution. With changes in technology and business tracking at breakneck speed, we need to be able to adapt to survive, as individuals and as organisations. And if we get it right, we can go beyond surviving to thriving!

Join NAWO and Australia Post for a VIP event celebrating women in operations who are masters of the art of negotiating successful partnerships through change.

The Melbourne Gateway Facility is a purpose-built facility for the screening and processing of domestic and international mail. The facility is operational 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, and is occupied by Australia Post, Australian Customs Services (ACS) and Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services (AQIS).

This facility recently invested 30 million dollars in building expansion and a new automated sorting system, incorporating state of the art x-ray screening and caster decking. Post has developed strong partnerships with Qantas and the Australian Border Force agencies over the years, as well as negotiating other successful partnerships.

This event will showcase the changing nature of work through technology and successful management of logistics contracts to deliver outstanding results and service in line with corporate directives across complex organisational environments.

Be prepared to hear from a group of highly motivated speakers with inspiring career stories from Post and Qantas and be amazed at the new technology at the Gateway…
