How Creativity, innovation & commercial acumen crafts the perfect brew

It was a great privilege to facilitate our first WA NAWO – National Association of Women in Operations  event of the year last week with the amazing Craft Beer Brewing and Packaging Crew at Little Creatures Brewery . A big thank you to Aurelie Jonquet and Chantelle Thom   for putting together a wonderful evening with some exceptional Panelists in Head Brewer Russell Gosling, Brewer Melissa Dennis and Packaging Shift Lead Rachel Jones.  The evening provided a unique insight into the innovation process required in bringing world class craft beer to the global marketplace.

All the speakers were excellent – authentic and passionate about their industry and jobs and great speaking to our Learning Priority:  Commercial Acumen.  It was wonderful to see experts in their field who genuinely love what they do and have a terrific comradery.  Overall the event conveyed a great message about the importance of innovation, process of being creative, and to think outside the box in your career (and for leaders to think differently too when recruiting talent).  Many thanks to Little Creatures Brewery and the team for hosting our first 2020 event.
