ANGELA TATLIS

EGM, Field Demand and Supply
NBN Co

Angela is a well known leader across operational industries in Australia. Having worked for 23 years with many major blue chip multinationals - and typically in non-traditional roles like Supply Chain, Operations and IT - she has experienced first hand the contrast between how different organisations attract, develop and retain their women. As a mother of four, including three girls, Angela is very keen on women being given open and unbiased choices in how they manage their work and home lives, to be encouraged to continually stretch their skills, and to achieve financial security. This desire, along with her approach to collaboration and problem solving, led to the founding of NAWO and, as it has matured, her role as Chair of the Board. Angela stepped down from the NAWO Board in July 2017 but continues to champion operational gender diversity as a NAWO Ambassador. In her professional life she is currently EGM, Field Demand and Supply with NBN Co, and was previously APAC Director at Owens-Illinois, the world’s largest glass bottle manufacturer.
