Rebecca has been the Vice President, Human Resources with ABB Australia since 2013.

ABB is one of the world’s leading engineering companies, at the forefront of power and automation with over 140,000 employees in 100+ countries.

Rebecca has extensive experience both locally and internationally, having worked for BlueScope Steel and Wattyl Limited, both ASX listed companies. Rebecca began her career with Ford Motor Company in New Zealand and then moved to Ford of Europe for 11 years.

Rebecca’s experience covers all facets of Human Resources, she has led change management programmes in difficult market circumstances and held senior leadership roles partnering with Boards and leadership teams to drive business improvement across multi-cultural workforces in operational environments.

Rebecca has a passion for identifying and developing talent and fostering potential. She joined the Board of NAWO in 2012 and is a strong advocate for NAWO, having always worked in manufacturing and engineering organisations.

Outside of work, her interests are travel, reading, art, rugby, family and keeping fit!
