Chyonne Kreltszheim is a consultant, facilitator, coach, and ‘recovering lawyer’. She is the founder of Being: the Change.

Chyonne specialises in developing leadership at all levels, regardless of title and role. In addition to her private clients, she is a current Associate of Melbourne Business School and Alchimie, a management consultancy that provides leadership development solutions to the construction and infrastructure industry. Prior to developing her own leadership development practice, she was the CEO of CMA Learning Group.

Clients and colleagues describe Chyonne as thoughtful, passionate and engaging, with a knack for creating a safe space for tough issues to be explored openly and constructively.

Leader – From mid-2013 to mid-2016, Chyonne was the CEO/Principal Consultant at CMA Learning Group, an established training company with historical ties to the Harvard Negotiation Project. She joined CMA as a Senior Consultant in 2012.

Facilitator – Chyonne has over six years’ experience facilitating workshops and coaching clients in the areas of leadership, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and giving effective feedback. She has worked with clients in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, across a diverse range of industries (including banking, construction and engineering, professional services, telecommunications, information technology, health, and government).

Lawyer – Chyonne has 12 years’ experience as a legal practitioner and commercial adviser working on large infrastructure projects (water, gas, electricity, and renewable energy) across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
