People and Change Project Partner, VIC & TAS Operations - Coles Supply Chain
Elizabeth Herbertson is a member of the Coles Supermarkets People and Culture team. As a Change and Project BusinessPartner, she is responsible for developing and managing key project activities and implementing change management plans that impact team members in Operations.
She works in collaboration with related functions across Store Operations, Distribution Centres and the Support Centre. She has 15 years’ experience working in Coles Supply Chain operations, most recently as a Distribution Centre Manager in Tasmania.
Elizabeth is passionate about building strong relationships with stakeholders and working together to drive improvement. She strives to build capability within teams to improve their effectiveness.
Outside of work, Elizabeth spends most of her time with her two daughters 14 and 9, and her husband of 25 years. Together they enjoy horse riding, paddle boarding, kayaking and rollerblading.
