Project management is all about the realisation of a set task – it is a discipline of initiating, planning, executing, and managing resources with the goal of completing specific deliverables within budget and time.  This is a fair description of what needs to happen to achieve the project, but what are the X Factors to success as a project manager within a team?  

It is said you should never lose sight of three factors – time, budget and quality, so let’s hear from the team at Coles who have expertise in managing projects across supply chain.  Emma Bridges, GM for Workforce Strategy and Transformation – Coles Supermarkets, Shaun Onley, Supply Chain Optimisation Delivery Manager – Coles Supply Chain, and Casey De Ionno, Project Manager – Operations – Coles Supply Chain are joining us for a really informative discussion.   They will share their team approach to project management – setting key milestones, implementation, execution and outcomes of delivery, and specifically what impact a project can have on a business’ operations.
