Our physical and mental health and wellbeing – as individuals, our workplaces and our wider communities – is now front of mind more than ever before. But while taking the time to ask ‘RUOK?’ is a great first step, what comes next?
Our next webinar explores what to say after ‘RUOK?’, learning how to support ourselves, how to support others and understanding the seven ways we can get empathy wrong – and how to get it right 😊.
You will also discover invaluable self care tips, tools and shortcuts you can use anytime, anywhere to ‘shift gears’ and use the breath to calm the nervous system and body during peaks of stress and anxiety. Dissipate feelings of overwhelm and the ‘burden’ of self-care with ideas to help you prioritise what’s important to you and dispel the idea that you need to do it all, all the time, and do it well.
