Guest speaker Whitney Merchant of Boston Consulting Group will discuss the recent research her firm has conducted to understand where worker preferences are, the benefits and challenges of flexible work and where the future of work may be headed. Rebecca Roberts, BlueScope General Manager People, will complement Whitney’s research with real life examples of how BlueScope has implemented its innovative approach to flexible work.
