Authenticity in Action – Why being yourself is the best leader you can be!

This event is fully booked! Please continue to register for the Waitlist.

What do you stand for? How do you lead through times of major change, uncertainty and ambiguity? Are your personal values aligned with your employer’s or company mission?

NAWO invites you to explore the relationship between authenticity in leadership, culture and performance.

You will hear from two speakers, each with a very different leadership story to share. Julie Reddoch, Plant Manager – Ringwood, Mondelez International has over 25 years of experience in R&D and Operations. Most recently, Julie was involved in leading a major organisational change at the Ringwood site through a journey in implementing HPWS, TPM and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve improvements in safety & sustainability, quality, delivery, cost and morale by focusing on building capability and improving the culture of the organisation.

Our second presenter, Sue Anderson, The Ethicist, SKA Enterprises will explore how a culture of integrity and ethicality are intricately linked to authentic leadership. Sue’s current work focuses on ethical behaviour in business, underpinned by a requirement for authentic alignment between an individual’s values and those of their employer.

This Quick Bites event will commence with an operational tour of Mondelez International’s Cadbury production facility in Ringwood. You will circulate through the site, observing how chocolate bars and other confectionary products are manufactured, packaged and packed.

Event participants are able to wear general business attire – note however, there is a closed toe/flat shoe policy for all visitors to the Ringwood site. You will not be allowed onto the site in heels or open toe sandals.

Light refreshments as well as informal networking is included, and a visit to the shop on your way out.
