Building and Leading diverse teams for high performance.
One of our newest NAWO members, Nissan Australia, opened its Australian headquarters in 1972 and manufactured cars here for the next 20 years. The company is now the only remaining OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) still manufacturing parts in Australia via a dedicated casting plant. Although they are early in the diversity journey, the Nissan team is set to rev things up a notch.
Join NAWO, Nissan and one of the most decorated women footballers in the country, special guest speaker Meg Hutchins, as we pop the bonnet to fine tune the engine room of building and leading diverse teams for high performance. A panel discussion with Nissan Australia senior leaders will then explore some of the key takeaways from Meg’s presentation.
Vanessa Giordani – Deputy General Manager Procurement, Nissan Motor Company
Jade Yates – National Manager of Customer Centre and Loyalty, Nissan Financial Services
Guy Street – GM National Sales Operations, Nissan Motor Company
Moderator: Andrew Ivers – Network Performance Manager, Nissan Motor Company
There will also be plenty of networking opportunities and pre and post event tour options (limited to 20 participants for each tour).
Book early for this full throttle event!
