We know it’s the best way to lead – for those around us and for our own sanity.
So why is it challenging?
Why do so many of us strive to conform to what we think everyone else expects us to say or do?
How can we become more comfortable in our own skin and be ourselves?
How does being an authentic leader help us to better manage work and ‘life’ for ourselves and our team?
Join NAWO and Bunnings for an afternoon packed with DIY Advice – practical, down to earth tips and stories on being an Authentic Leader – and networking!
Guest speaker David Attrill, General Manager Analytics and Digital, will share his journey to authentic leadership learned over 19 years with Bunnings, spanning operations, payroll, accounting, finance, banking, mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditure, loss prevention, analytics and now customer voice.
We will also hear from an inspiring panel of authentic leaders:
Petta Wright – Stock Flow and Planning Manager
Loreen Peak – National Business Development Manager
Linda Whitworth – Manager Team Assist
It wouldn’t be Bunnings without a sausage sizzle and a chance to get your hands dirty! This event includes networking over a sausage sizzle, a fun DIY activity and the opportunity to tour Bunnings’ Building Solution Studio.
