What is it all about?
Time and time again we hear about the compelling business case for gender diversity in the workplace. So why is progress towards equal gender representation so slow? And how do stereotypical representations of gender impact progress… for women AND men?
Gender diversity is not a “women’s” topic, it affects the whole business and needs to be addressed in this manner.
Mondelēz International and the Orora Group, will share with us how they have started their journey to include the whole workforce in this discussion.
We will also unpack Unconscious Bias and how it can be a barrier to inclusiveness within the workplace. This session will help you to better understand and become more aware of your own bias.
To shift the dial we need to include everyone in the conversation. So, in the spirit of this event, support us in achieving a 50/50 gender representation in the room by encouraging and inviting your male colleagues to this event.
