Flexible working will be the norm, not the exception
We are delighted to invite you to the first in our Masterclass Series and have teamed up with our new member Deloitte Consulting and partner FlexCareers to share specific tools and insights, case studies and personal stories, plus predictions on the future of flexible working from the experts.
Deloitte’s UK business has said they have saved around GBP 200 million as a result of establishing flexible working at the firm. We will hear from Deloitte Partner John O’Connor, APAC Sourcing and Procurement Lead, who has deep operational expertise in supply chain and procurement and champions Deloitte’s flexible working and return to work programs. John and his team will present a case study on how flexible working has been achieved within Deloitte’s Operations Consulting.
Ariane Virtue, Partner at FlexCareers, will present the masterclass on flexible working and dispel any myths around the challenges of embedding genuine and mutually beneficial working arrangements for both employee and employer.
This is a subject we at NAWO are passionate about and we hope this event will motivate your operational teams to continue to create, own and drive flexible working solutions, policy and practice with advice from the best in the business!
This masterclass is intended for people responsible for influencing, designing or implementing flexible working policy and practice within their organisations.
