Leading and Learning through Change – and loving it!

To be successful in today’s competitive business environment, organisations must not simply adapt to change – they need to create it!
The same can be said for individuals.  But how does a company reinvent itself to meet new customer demands?  And what are the secrets to looking after yourself in a challenging environment?

If the thought of change has you feeling a little ‘change fatigued’, join NAWO and our generous host, Caltex Australia, for an event to inspire you to ‘change it up’, lead and learn through change.

Proudly Australian since 1900, Caltex Australia has grown from humble beginnings to become the nation’s outright leader in transport fuels, supplying one third of all Australia’s transport fuel needs.  Caltex Australia is also one of Australia’s largest convenience retailers. As an industry leader, Caltex Australia continues to evolve and change to become more agile, easier to do business with and attract a new generation of talent.

Our guest speaker: Louise Warner, Caltex Australia Executive General Manager, Fuels & Infrastructure, is a tenacious leader who has managed personal role changes through challenging company transformations and growth, nationally and internationally.

Drawing on her personal journey from working in the Kurnell refinery, to opening up the company’s first international operation in Singapore, to leading the Caltex Fuels & Infrastructure business, Louise will share her strategies on balancing taking care of your own wellbeing while also leading your business and team strategically through change.

You will also hear from a panel of leaders who will share change through their eyes, as they continue transforming the business to meet customer demands, technological changes, and industry uncertainty.

Bring a colleague to enjoy networking with peers across industries, a lucky door prize, re-energised commitment to change and encouragement to step up and take the lead on your next change program!
