It’s inevitable. There will be times in your career and everyday life that you will face events or situations that challenge you and make you uncomfortable.
Maybe it’s seeing something that does not sit with your core values. Maybe it’s an exciting new opportunity or experience – a long-held dream – but a little voice in your head is saying ‘No Way’.
Finding the courage to stand up for your values, and the confidence to silence your negative inner voice and grasp that opportunity, requires a deep breath (or three!) and a leap of faith. But taking the plunge is the only way to discover just how far you can go!
Join NAWO and Officeworks for an afternoon of storytelling and sharing from two senior leaders in Supply Chain:
Pauline Kirk, Supply Chain Program Manager, has extensive experience in various industries leading large-scale transformation programs.
Dean Williams, State Supply Chain Manager for New South Wales, leads a large and growing operation as well as a large scale workforce.
Hear their inspiring stories about stepping up in different situations, key learnings, and how these have shaped them as the leaders they are today.
