‘Future Fit’ Quick Bite

The world of work is changing, rapidly and dramatically.  Underpinned by digitalisation and globalisation, how and where we work and do business is shifting. Significant disruption is being, and will increasingly be, felt by all industries.

So what does this mean for our future job security?

Keynote speaker Andrea Clarke will discuss why certain ‘human skills’ will be in demand more than ever in this environment, and how developing these skills will also “enable us to not just survive the pending disruption but thrive in the age of accelerations”.

Louise Weine, National Director of NAWO, will then lead a panel discussion to explore aspects of these skills in more depth. Guests will also enjoy networking opportunities.

Port Hedland panel:

Kate Osborn, General Manager Engineering, BHP

Brendon Brodie-Hall, General Manager, Rio Tinto – Dampier Salt

Newman panel:

Brad Bain, Operations Manager, Monadelphous
