Don’t know where to start when it comes to influencing key players?

‘Interest Based Negotiation’ is a relatively new style of negotiation which is built on the foundations of trust and information sharing and encourages collaborative problem solving.  Join NAWO as we hear key influencers from Asahi Beverages sharing their experiences using Interest Based Negotiation, and providing some handy tips and tools to consider.  They will also cover some universal factors in relation to influencing and persuasion in order to achieve work through others.

An optional site tour of the Asahi Heathwood Warehouse Distribution Centre with Automated Storage & Retrieval System will also be offered.  Tour participants are required to wear flat, sturdy and fully enclosed footwear with a good grip (i.e. no Ballet shoes or high heels). Limited number of high-vis vests and safety glasses will be provided, so please bring your own if you can.
