Our Keynote Speaker: Hayley Coulson State Operations Manager – WA, Bunnings
Hayley worked in London and Hong Kong in sales and merchandise roles before she joined Bunnings nearly 10 years ago as an Administration Coordinator. Her career certainly has changed from someone who wasn’t at all interested in holding a hammer, to being the person who is now in charge of over 41 Bunnings sites and 4000 team members, as well as thousands of customers each day.
You’ll also hear from key leaders from the Bunnings Group about how they continuously have successful and diverse work teams and how this drives innovation in their organisation.
Site Tour & DIY Activity: Enjoy a journey behind the scenes at the Bunnings Bayswater facility along with a DIY activity. It wouldn’t be Bunnings without a chance to get your hands dirty and learn a few tricks of the trade that could be helpful around the home!
