Taking Charge in Times of Change

Manufacturing and operational industries are doing it tough in Australia. Businesses constantly need to evolve in order to keep up in this environment. What can we do to successfully drive business success regardless of our position?  How can we all be authentic leaders in times of change?

Orora Fibre Packaging, supplier of a range of corrugated cardboard boxes, packaging and displays to brands across Australia, recognised that it needed to adapt and anticipate industry headwinds. The company has gone through significant changes to keep local manufacturing and jobs. Join us at Orora to hear about the company’s inspirational journey and change management learnings.

Learn from the experiences of Christopher Zyner, Orora Fibre’s General Manager Human Resources, navigating challenging times.

In addition, you will also hear an external perspective from industry professional, Shane Hughes, founder and Principal of Mawson Consulting. Shane reflects on his experience within different organisations and offers advice on how to best cut through the trials of change, achieving both personal goals and the aims of your business.

You will also have the opportunity to join a site tour of the Orora fibre manufacturing plant where paper is converted to cardboard and  then formed into boxes by cutting, printing and flat packing. PPE requirements apply below.  (Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment)
