With a rich 30 year history of supply chain experience, Debbie Reich joined Linfox in February 2017 and is now the General Manager, Retail. Key to Debbie’s success is her personal courage and confidence. However, these did not come easily and they are attributes Debbie now wears with pride. There has been an elasticity in Deb’s confidence over the years – ranging from low to high – leading to important lessons learned and subsequent growth in her self-esteem and courage.
Part of the journey for Deb was reflecting on her comfort sitting behind a ‘mask’. This mask portrayed a strong leader who brought the same values to the table as those around her. Deb no longer sits behind the mask. She tells the story of ‘unmasking’ to grow into the confident, strong leader she always had the desire and potential to be.
Come along to this inspiring Quick Bite to hear more about how Debbie’s upbringing shaped her personality and her ability, how values play a role in creating personal success and how Deb was able to embrace femininity as a leadership strength.
A tour of the warehouse will also be included. This site is the equivalent size of 4 x MCGs – it’s huge!! All guests must wear closed toe shoes. Linfox will supply vests.
