Who is plotting your next career move?

Ridiculous question! Of course it’s you…right?

NOW is the best time to become the master of your own destiny. Taking stock of your skills and experience can give you the confidence to think outside the square when it comes to planning your next career goal and ensure you are ready when the right opportunity appears.

Guest Speaker Rebecca Rosato has extensive experience in medium and large businesses and now runs her own business. Her career has been built on the philosophy ‘have a vision, make deliberate decisions, be brave, believe you can… and you will’.

Join NAWO and SunRice for a Quick Bite that will help you to step out of your comfort zone and start working out your vision for your career and deciding what’s next for you.

Panel Discussion:
Amy Billsborough, Analyst, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Ellen Fitzgibbon, Model Farm Manager, CopRice,  will share their stories, provide tips and discuss whether employers should encourage women to ‘step outside the square’ in order to address skills shortages in the Riverina. (NB Tara Cassidy is no longer to participate in this discussion.)

An optional Site Tour of the nearby CopRice Stockfeed Manufacturing Plant is available at 12.30pm (strictly limited to 10 participants, NAWO members only)). CopRice is the animal food division of SunRice. CopRice manufactures extruded and pelleted animal feed at 3 mills, including the Leeton Mill.
