Gail has 20 years training, facilitating and coaching experience in various industries including financial services and insurance, medical devices, IT, manufacturing, FMCG, telecommunications, retail, construction and engineering. This enables her to bring a depth of insight, while at the same time drawing on her varied background and experiences.
Gail’s strengths are her dynamic facilitation skills, and ability to assist clients in transferring their skills and knowledge back to their work place and achieve superior results.
Her training and coaching expertise is in Sales Performance, Sales Management, Coaching Skills, Presenting to Win Business, Influencing skills, Negotiation Skills and Critical Conversations. Gail has worked with various organisations, including Apple, Medtronic, Wesfarmers, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Telstra, Woolworths, Liberty International Underwriters, Hanson Construction Company, Westpac and ARUP to name a few.
Gail has held senior Human Resource Management roles within the financial services sector. She established and built her own very successful recruitment business and established strong relationships with clients such as KPMG, The World Bank and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Gail holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Psychology and Economics) as well as a Diploma of Advanced Business. Gail is accredited in DISC and holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
