Jackie Lawrence currently holds the position Manager Commercial & Contractual Engagement for ARTC’s Interstate network. She has been with ARTC for 12 years.

Jackie’s current role has broad coverage with responsibility to manage a commercial team that delivers the day to day aspects of contracts with ARTC’s customers accessing the Interstate rail network, developing new contracts, regulatory compliance and reporting, annual pricing reviews and revenue forecasting and reporting for the Interstate Division, as well as an engineering team reporting on technical aspects of the vehicles running on the network and rail asset condition. Jackie oversees the Network Performance team that provides both internal and customer facing support relating to operational performance and asset performance as well as value added services to the industry on rolling stock condition and interaction with the rail asset, providing for a safer and reliable rail network.

With a background in accounting and strong skills in project management, data analysis, process engineering and business administration, developed and enhanced through working in many different types of businesses, from small family operated commercial design practices to national television networks and many varied positions within ARTC including Finance, IT and Strategy & Growth, Jackie provides support and leadership to her team and the wider ARTC community in assisting to deliver the commercial outcomes for the business and its customers through the use of efficient systems and processes and ensuring a clear understanding of the objectives.
