Jasmine is a highly regarded and skilled senior executive with over 20 years’ experience within the private and public sectors. She is a practising lawyer, human resources, and stakeholder relations professional and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her career includes senior legal and human resources roles at leading organisations including Minter Ellison, Mazda Australia, Linfox and AGL. Currently Jasmine is the Vice President, Human Resources – Australia Pacific Asia at Orica. Jasmine is known as a down to earth, funny, dynamic leader who has the ability to make anything seem possible. She takes pride in building highly motivated, inspired, and transformational teams.

In June 2018 Jasmine was appointed to the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board (MFB) and currently serves as the MFB President. Jasmine is also a general board member of the Victorian Managed Insurance Agency (VMIA) and the chair of the remuneration and capability committee. Previously Jasmine served as a board member of the National Safety Council of Australia Foundation from June 2012 to June 2018.
