People & Culture Manager - Coles Distribution Centre

I joined Coles in 2014 as a Regional People & Culture Manager in Supermarkets working on projects including succession and talent planning, closure and opening of stores and landing large change initiatives in South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria. In late 2019 I took the leap back to my roots and joined the supply chain team as the People & Culture Manager for Edinburgh Parks. Some of the key initiatives we are currently working on include team engagement, recognition and our site Enterprise Agreement.

My life prior to Coles includes over 10 years in HR roles across manufacturing, mining and FMCG. I have worked in all states of Australia, and in addition to Adelaide, I have lived in Perth, Brisbane and the Barossa Valley. After leaving university with a Honours Degree in Anthropology, I found HR after working in various administration roles, working my way into more senior roles. I later completed further study in HR as a post-graduate student in 2012. Born and bred in Adelaide – I am a keen traveller and when I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, cooking and socialising with friends. In 2018, I travelled through South America with my husband for 6 months and hiked over 1,000 km.
