Kate Mason was appointed Chief Transformation Officer at Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) in January 2016. In this newly created role, Kate is responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of CCA’s bold transformation program.

Prior to her current role, Kate was HR Director for Coca-Cola Amatil since May 2014, responsible for Human Resources, Safety, Communications and Innovation. Kate has overseen the development and rollout of CCA’s new vision and values, people led growth strategy and the transformation of the HR Function.

Kate is a senior executive with broad leadership experience gained during a career predominantly in finance, in both Australia and internationally. Kate began her career as a business graduate with Arthur Andersen in Sydney and from there, moved offshore for a number of years holding executive leadership roles in Sydney, Singapore, London, New York and Zurich. Kate’s extensive HR and leadership experience was gained during her time in companies such as Austrade, TST Learning, Credit Suisse and most recently Amcor.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Administration) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kate is the Chairman of the NSW Advisory Board for the Starlight Foundation and a founding member of the Australian Chapter of the International Women’s Forum. She is a very proud Working Mum of 3 children and is an avid skier and lover of good food, Champagne and wine.
