Lisa has twenty years’ experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy within the home improvement, building and construction industry. She has held senior marketing and sales roles within key building product manufacturers including Boral, Carter Holt Harvey and James Hardie.

In 2008, Lisa set up her own consultancy business where her skills were applied across a wide range of industries including FMCG, veterinary pharmaceuticals, retail, building and construction. Her consultancy work was centered around her specialties: brand & marketing strategy development, Project & Stakeholder Management (especially cross functional teams within manufacturing environments), new market and product development, and innovation training & facilitation.

In 2011, she was offered the opportunity to manage and reposition the iconic COLORBOND® steel brand for BlueScope steel in Australia. Her current role with BlueScope includes the management of marketing strategy and implementation as well leadership of technical sales, consumer enquiries and warranty. Her experience as a marketer within large manufacturing organisations has meant she is often challenging the status quo or driving strategic change requiring her to carefully manage her own leadership resilience.
