With a top tier legal background, Madeleine has worked with leading law firms in Sydney and San Francisco and a major multinational corporation. While working in this sector, Madeleine had up-close and personal experience of the benefits of resilience and she became passionate about working with people to help them perform at their best, both sustainably and enjoyably.

At The Resilience Institute, Madeleine works extensively with banks, professional firms, financial services organisations, educators, manufacturing, FMCG companies and the public sector. Her down to earth style, combined with her laser focus, achieve great results for individuals, teams and organisations.

Madeleine lives on the NSW Central Coast with her partner and daughter where she enjoys the change in pace from the working week in Sydney.

Madeleine’s qualifications include: BA (Juris), LLB (Hons), Accredited Executive Coach (Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership). She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (MAHRI).
