Capability Lead Australia, New Zealand and Japan - Mondelēz International

Mel is a respected People & Culture Executive Leader with broad generalist HR experience, combined with deep expertise in organizational development and capability across Australia & New Zealand, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Her industry experience covers FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services in large multinational companies.

In her current role as Capability Lead at Mondelez, Melissa has responsibility for the design and delivery of the capability roadmap for the Australia, New Zealand & Japan Business Unit. Mel has a strong background in leading change (including M&A activity), talent management, and coaching leaders to build high performing teams in an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Mel holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Outside of work, Mel is passionate about health and fitness, particularly boxing, running and hiking, plus watching AFL.
