inspiring knowledge

Exclusive to members, NAWO’s Professional Development Programs are designed to nurture female potential and talent in order to fill the pool of women in senior leadership. These programs draw on the knowledge and skills of our extensive network of male and female industry leaders, as well as professional training providers, and are invaluable for accelerating the career potential of participants.

NAWO has identified Learning Priorities that are critical for women’s engagement and success in operations and all of NAWO’s events and programs are aligned to one or more of these priorities:

  1. Adaptive + Courageous Leadership
  2. Building + Leading Diverse Teams
  3. Business + Technical Acumen
  4. Influence + Negotiation
  5. Maximising Your Effectiveness

They are also geared towards supporting women at each different stage of their career journey – whether they are a graduate embarking upon their career, or graduating to senior leadership in the operational sector or operational roles.

NAWO is ‘inspiration at work’.
