Visit ARTC’s Network Control Centre West at their Mile End office, discover what’s at the heart of their operation, meet people from across the rail industry and hear how two members of the Executive Team influence, negotiate and connect with stakeholders.

Our afternoon will include:

  • A behind the scenes site tour of ARTC’s Network Control Centre – the operational hub responsible for managing the movement of all rail traffic across Australia
  • A keynote address from Simon Ormsby – Group Executive Interstate Network on ARTC, championing change and negotiating with key stakeholders.
  • A keynote address from Jane Lavender-Baker – Group Executive Strategy Culture and Reputation on her experiences as a woman in operations, gender balance and identifying and influencing stakeholders.

We will also have the opportunity to network with key stakeholders in the rail industry and our broader community while we enjoy some lunch items, courtesy of ARTC.
