At NAWO, we celebrate and support women as part of our organisational DNA. Working toward our mission of gender diversity being valued and balanced at every level in operations means we always align or overlap with the objectives of International Women’s Day (IWD) and its themes (#EmbraceEquity). With that in mind, this year we’re bringing a different perspective to IWD. We will be hosting an all-male panel (we fondly call it a #manel) discussion around inclusive leadership and its role in embracing gender equity.
