Senior Culture, Leadership and Inclusion Executive
Wendy Hanrahan is a highly respected and accomplished senior executive with over 20 years’ experience across both private and public sector organisations. She brings a commercial and practical approach to working with leaders and senior teams, empowering them to achieve their best through and with their people. Her depth of experience in creating impactful strategies that focus on the human elements of culture, leadership and inclusion means she quickly and powerfully improves business results. Her particular talent is to translate strategy into clear action plans that maximise success.
She is known to be a visionary leader, trusted advisor, dynamic facilitator and inspiring coach. Her unique way of motivating people and mobilising their abilities ensures her success in supporting leaders to continually achieve more. She guides senior leaders to reflect, think and develop, arming them with new ideas and perspectives to further improve relationships and productivity within their teams.
Wendy has previously worked as a senior Human Resources executive with ANZ, Australia Post, Pacific Brands and Vanguard Investments.
Wendy is recognised for her expertise in reflective practice and works with senior leaders and their teams to provide a fresh outlook and challenge existing thoughts, feelings as well as actions. She is a guest lecturer at RMIT and has been invited to speak to the graduating MBA class on the power of reflective practice as a differentiating skill for success.
She is currently an Advisory Board Member for the RMIT Executive MBA and MBA programs and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
